Terms of Use

Arcademic Skill Builders is a service for teachers, parents, and students to practice educational subjects. The games must be played in accordance with the Teacher Manual. Arcademics is not responsible for student performance. It is best for teachers to play the skill building game on the computer before the student does to get direct experience with it. Experience in playing the game will provide an understanding of the skill levels of the game.

Users are expected to follow, but are not limited to, these terms:

• Items or resources must be created for educational purposes. Items or resources may be deleted if they are found to be personal or commercial.

• The features and options available to users are presented 'as-is'. We are, however, open to suggestions for improving this site's features and functionality. If you have any comments or suggestions, please contact info@arcademicskillbuilders.com.

• Arcademics reserves the right to modify or discontinue the site without notice.

• The administrators of Arcademics will not be held liable for any lost or incorrectly represented data. Should a system error occur, Arcademics will make attempts to restore lost data, but cannot guarantee all data to be recovered or accurately compiled.

• Arcademics will not be held responsible in cases of cheating or false identification of users. Procedures are in place to deter cheating, but Arcademics will not be held liable if cheating occurs.

• Users agree to abide by all local, state, national and international laws and regulations applicable to your use of arcademicskillbuilders.com.

Prohibited Use

Arcademics monitors all items made through use of this resource. If an item is in violation of our Terms of Use, Arcademics reserves the right, but not the duty, to remove the offending material.

If it is noted that a user is in violation of any federal, state, or local laws, the authorities will be contacted.

Arcademics reserves the right to alter or remove items or resources without the consent of the author if an item is found to contain inappropriate or offensive material.
